Because Soulhemian works with different designers and manufacturers, sizing can vary from piece to piece. Check the size chart on each product page before ordering—we include measurements whenever they’re available so you can compare them to your own.

Caught between two sizes? Go up, Love. And if a piece runs roomy, oversized or otherwise breaks the usual sizing rules, we’ll call that out in the product description.

Changed your mind or spotted an oops after checkout? Email us at hello@shopsoulhemian.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We’ll do our best to make the change or cancel your order before processing begins, but we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

Right now, Soulhemian ships within theUnited States only. We’d love to wander a little farther eventually, but for now we’re focused on getting the U.S. shipping experience just right.

Our fulfillment partners typically process orders within3–5 business days. Once your order is on the move, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it home.

Most Soulhemian orders arrive within approximately 10–12 business days from the date your order is placed, including processing and shipping time.

Because we work with fulfillment partners in the U.S. and internationally, timing can vary depending on where your pieces begin their journey. If items in your order ship separately, you’ll receive tracking information for each package.

Once your order ships, we'll send tracking information to the email address you used at checkout. If your order ships in more than one package, you'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Soulhemian is based in the Atlanta, GA area, but we work with fulfillment partners in the U.S. and internationally. Because our pieces may ship from different locations, items in the same order may arrive separately.

If your order hasn’t entered fulfillment yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once an order has been processed or shipped, however, we may not be able to change the address.

We sure do. U.S. orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. No code needed—if your order qualifies, free shipping will be available automatically at checkout.

Sometimes—but don't count on it, Love. We curate a mix of limited statement pieces and Soulhemian staples, and not everything makes a comeback.

If your size or favorite piece is sold out, sign up for a restock notification on the product page. You'll be first to know if it returns—and your request helps us decide what deserves another spin.

Your pieces want to stay cute too. Because fabrics and construction vary, always follow the care instructions included with your item or listed on its product page.

When in doubt, treat her gently—because the dryer has ended many a beautiful relationship. 😂
